Our client has an immediate opportunity for an experienced 1st/2nd line IT Support Analyst to join an established team in Central Birmingham.
Their requirement is for 3/4 years IT support (combination of 1st & 2nd line) experience providing telephone and face-to-face support to users in a professional services environment. Technically we are seeking good, broad based support skills gained from within a typical Microsoft environment with a particular focus on Windows 7, MS Office and other popular software products. The ability to support the in-house video conferencing system is also required.
In addition to the obvious support skills, we are seeking the softer skills which command the respect of all levels of user throughout a professional services organisation - for example firms of solicitors, accountants, quantity surveyors, management consultants etc. First class written and verbal communication skills essential as is a positive and friendly attitude towards resolving support issues.
Central Birmingham based.
